Available Positions

Duties to include:

  • Weighing and packaging of bulk flower
  • Grinding of marijuana for pre rolled joints
  • Running Futurola knock box to produce pre rolled joints
  • Packing, twisting and tubing pre rolled joints
  • Labeling of all drams and tubes
  • All other duties as needed or listed in procedures

Daily outline:

  • Arrive and clock in no later than 8:30am
  • Use locker room to change into uniform
  • Check with manager/assignment board for daily tasks
  • Set up work station with appropriate tools to complete daily tasks
  • Begin daily tasks
  • Lunch from 12:30pm to 1:30pm (must clock out) 30 minute will be added back into your hours
  • Finish daily tasks
  • If completed before daily cleaning begins check with manager for further duties/tasks
  • Begin cleaning tasks which include, but are not limited to, sweeping and mopping, wiping down counters, and other tools and surfaces
  • Clock out is scheduled for 5pm. Mandatory later evenings may arise due to tasks not being completed or a heavy work load

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Pruning in all stages of growth
  • Sanitization of working equipment
  • Transplanting
  • Moving plants
  • Cloning/clone care
  • Cleaning/sanitizing grow rooms
  • Scouting for pests
  • Plant migration
  • Watering mothers and vegging plants
  • Cleaning and maintain irrigation equipment (with supervision)
  • Clean cultivation areas and common areas associated but not dedicated to cultivation
  • Check assigned areas for issues
  • Lifting up to 60lbs

Expectations:
Cultivation Technicians are expected to carry out the above tasks and any other objectives needed by Head of Cultivation. Cultivation Technicians should be mindful in regards to working efficiently while also emphasizing work quality and care. Due to the ever changing daily workload and due to unforeseen circumstances that may arise tasks may change day to day. Plant Technicians must be able to adapt to these changes quickly and will need to execute provided solutions given by Senior Cultivation Technicians and/or Cultivation Technician Supervisor.

Due to the nature of some of the daily tasks being accomplished, messes will occur. The size and amount of the mess is a factor of both the specific job being done and the individual carrying out these tasks. It is crucial that the individuals stay aware of any debris accumulating. Steps should be taken to reduce any mess that may need to be cleaned or that may disrupt other departments or operations. Once the job or task has been completed it is the responsibility of the Plant Technician and their Senior Plant Technicians to ensure that all working and non-working areas are clear of debris.

If a Plant Technicians job is done properly the cultivation area should be streamlined and without disruption. If any issues arise during operations a Senior Plant Technician and/or Cultivation Technician Supervisor should be alerted for resolution and at which point any issues will be reported back to the Head of Cultivation.

The Extraction Lab Assistant works directly under and reports to the Director of Extraction in our extraction lab. They work 8 hour days Monday-Friday unless otherwise needed. Blue scrubs and new sneakers are required as a uniform. The Extraction Assistant must have a hard work ethic, an eagerness to learn all parts of the production process, and be willing to go above and beyond to meet production goals and support the Director of Extraction.

The following duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in all product processing and formulation.
  • Manufacturing formulated products including but not limited to 510 cartridge, Disposables vape units, co2 syringes, RSO syringes, distillate syringes & capsules.
  • Carrying out day-to-day tasks and maintenance including but not limited to working with steam distillation, assisting in ethanol recovery, ethanol washing, and c operation.
  • Documenting production accurately, legibly and completely in batch records and logbooks as necessary by the Director of Extractions.
  • Maintaining an organized and sanitary workspace, including scientific glass, production machines and all other equipment used.
  • Following and maintaining all safety protocols and procedures in day-to-day duties and responsibilities.
  • Package product as needed following Standard Operating Procedures
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary.

General Description:
To assist and guide patients and customers through their retail experience, while accurately and efficiently processing transactions in accordance with all rules and regulations put forth by In Good Health and the Cannabis Control Commission.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Display outstanding customer service while accurately and efficiently processing transactions

  • Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism
  • Must display strong verbal communication skills
  • Handle customer complaints and problems in a professional and appropriate manner and seek assistance from Manager on Duty when necessary

Job Knowledge Responsibilities:

  • Must maintain current knowledge of cannabis industry and adhere to all policies and regulations put forth by the Cannabis Control Commission
  • Must maintain knowledge of all products for sale in the dispensary, including but not limited to cannabis strains, infused products, concentrates, vaporizers, and accessories
  • Must maintain knowledge of all current programs, pricing and deals
    Transactional/Cash Handling Responsibilities:
  • Double check all Adult Use identification cards to ensure they are not expired and at least 21 years of age
  • Double check all Medical patient identification cards to ensure they are active
  • Accurately process transactions by using barcode scanner, computer-based POS system, debit machine and cash drawer, assuring all clients leave with correct change and receipts
  • Ensure transactions are being completed under the correct patient profile in POS system (Medical only)
  • Ensure all products being sold are correctly labeled
  • Accurately count cash and provide appropriate change to clients when necessary
  • Β Accurately process debit transactions
  • Maintain organization of cash, coins and debit receipts in register

Inventory and Stocking Responsibilities:

  • Accurately stock inventory, following In Good Health’s inventory control procedures
  • Count inventory and confirm amounts when new products arrive to Retail
  • Fill out Chain of Custody sheets after inventory counts are confirmed
  • Keep inventory in vault organized and accurately labeled
  • Participate in and help with coordination of regular inventory checks when asked
  • Accurately document any damaged or returned products in the Retail Destruction Log Book

Other Responsibilities:

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Keep work space organized and all counters clear of clutter throughout shift
  • Schedule flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays when needed
  • Adhere to company dress code and uphold personal hygiene to ensure safe interactions with patients and products
  • Fill all time during scheduled shifts with productive, useful activity, including cleaning, stocking, researching, organizing or completing any other tasks to contribute to company success
  • Treat all individuals with respect, including customers, patients, co-workers, supervisors, department directors and anyone else who may be encountered during working hours
  • All other job duties as assigned

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age to apply
  • Must successfully pass extensive background check
  • Must be able to lift bins weighing up to 25lbs
  • Retail experience is not required but always preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate regularly scheduled inventory audits and ensure they are done accurately and recorded appropriately
  • Receiving deliveries from In Good Health Production and Existing Marijuana Establishments into Leaf Logix and Metr
  • Building product catalogs, managing inventory integration with Metrc and Leaf Logix
  • Ensuring all product availability and testing results are accurately reflected in the store and online menus
  • Coordinating inventory levels of current stock in real-time and replenishing inventory when necessary
  • Monitoring product expiration dates
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Work collaboratively with the Retail Services Team to educate staff on new product offerings
  • Maintains a positive work environment that is conducive to trust and respect
  • All other duties as needed

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Familiarity with industry inventory systems, such as Leaf Logix, METRC, Leafly, Dutchie, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • 1 year experience in the cannabis industry
  • Must be 21 years old and pass the criminal background check
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computing skills
  • Innate desire to achieve success and a work ethic to match
  • Ability to critically think and problem solve without direction
  • High level of integrity

Reports to: VP Operations

Hours: M-F (40 hours/hourly pay)

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Accompany vendors pertaining to facility equipment and others as needed
  • Services and repairs rooftop units
  • Develop and maintain a Preventative Maintenance schedule
  • Schedules and performs Preventative Maintenance duties
  • Installs, services and repairs HVAC/R controls. Samsung and LG experienced
  • Services and repairs building heating/ventilation air conditioning systems
  • Replacement of valves, fan gaskets, filters and belts as needed
  • Uses various testing equipment to locate defective parts and makes necessary repairs and adjustments
  • Adds refrigerants and lubricants
  • Orders materials and supplies as needed
  • Maintains records and prepares reports on duties performed and materials used
  • Responds to emergency situations for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns

Job Requirements:

  • 3 years of HVAC maintenance repairs with Samsung and LG experience included
  • Be able to lift 75 lbs
  • Able to work on ladders
  • Performs other duties as needed
