Customer Service Representative Summary:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM – 5:00PM
If the 13th of the month falls on a weekend, you will be asked to assist your team on that day.
Through phone, chat, email, and other inbound communication channels – help people find real-time solutions to questions about In Good Health. This is a customer service role, and we are seeking a candidate who has a natural inclination to help other people. Familiar with technology. The ability to stay organized. Handle the multitude of channels by which Good Health connects with patients and customers alike. But most importantly, work as a member of a team to accomplish goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Main Phone Line
- Answer the phone to In Good Health’s main phone line. Listen, understand, and handle inquiries. Take messages and direct calls.
- Oversee voicemails and ensure inquiries are handled in a timely manner.
- Customer Service Log
- Fill out the Customer Service Log and direct issues to retail dispensary managers when necessary.
- Track issues in the log and ensure they are followed through until resolution.
Build Customer/Patient Orders
- Trained in all the facets of budtending. For all 6 retail licenses, help customers build orders for pickup in the point-of-sale system over phone and chat.
- Listen, understand, and guide the patient/customer to products that are tailored to their specific needs.
- Be educated in cannabis products, effects, dosage, delivery methods, and other “cannabis 101” information.
- Articulate current product deals, offers, and events.
- Answer customer questions about online orders, availability of product, obtaining and/or renewing a medical marijuana card.
ECommerce Chat
- Oversee chat function on the In Good Health website. Help customers with questions, issues, and building orders for pickup.
Google Reviews
- Respond to Google reviews for all licenses in a timely manner.
Consultation Room
- Oversee the Consultation Room. Have one-on-one private consultations with medical patients when the situation requires.
Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
- Ensure patient information is protected under HIPAA best policies and guidelines.
