Reports to: Vice President Operations

Hours:
M-F 40 hours hourly pay, Overtime if needed.
7:00am-3:30pm with two 15 minute paid breaks and a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

Maintenance: Level 2

• Check Maintenance Logbook daily 2-3 times a day.
• Accompany vendors pertaining to facility equipment and others as needed
• Painting of rooms, touch ups, patching of walls as needed. Continuous Painting throughout facility especially hallways, common areas, doors and frames.
• Filter changes if applicable for HVAC common areas only (only the air scrubbers if needed).
• Replacement of ceiling tiles when needed.
• Manage receiving dock shipments and deliveries when needed as well as small deliveries out back to retail to distribute where applicable, notifying purchasing of items received, stock dock area, supplies keeping neat and organized. Tell VP OPS when supplies get low.
• Minor plumbing repairs only.
• Light carpentry.
• Light bulb replacement as needed.
• Maintain grounds, trash removal, minor snow removal (possible weed trimming etc.).
• Assembly of shelving units when applicable.
• Assist and transport inventory with Delivery team from warehouse to locations when applicable.
• When needed assist in office moves or furniture/equipment moves within facility.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to work on ladders.
• Travel to other IGH locations, Sandwich and Taunton (other locations if applicable) if needed for maintenance, paint, cleaning, delivery etc.
• Able to drive company truck.
• Go to hardware stores for supplies, paint etc.
• Other duties as needed.

Hours: Harvest Team: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Second Team Hours: 8am – 4:30pm

Post Harvest Technician Trim Team Job Description:

Overtime mandatory on an as-needed basis. We leave after a harvest is fully completed.

Attire: Navy Blue scrubs top and bottom. Sneakers or boots for work wear only. Along with everyday attire the Trim Team is required to wear extra protection to not affect the product. White suits, booties, protective hair garments and gloves must be worn.

Duties to Include:

• Prepare for a harvest or check for any listed procedures or tasks
• Clean All equipment creating a clean and safe environment for plants and coworkers alike
• Keeping accurate labels and weights throughout the day and throughout every different process and procedure
• Checking humidity levels and inventory
• Disposing of all plant waste and cleaning up work stations and areas
• Cleaning Flower Rooms and any other areas as needed
• All other duties as needed or listed in procedures

Daily outline is as followed:

• Check with manager/ assignment board for daily tasks
• Clean all equipment and prepare for harvest or any other daily task
• Begin the harvest or other tasks listed
• Harvests are done as a team (two or more employees), no one person may harvest on their own
• Plants are removed, labels are scanned, the plant is weighed and said weight is inputted into METRC before they are hung and transported back to the room were the second team will start the de-fanning process
• Once the second team arrives they will transport these harvested plants back to the Trim Room where they will begin the de-fanning process
• The Harvest team must clean all waste and plant materials from the room after the harvest is completed. Making sure to sweep the hallway from the Flower Room all the way back to the Trim Room
• Once back in the room, colas can be taken, the weight is recorded and marked in the correct location in Harvest Log
• Continue with the harvest or any tasks you were working on before lunch
• Once all plants have been de-fanned, cleaning up will begin. Clean surface tops first. Working from top to bottom finishing by cleaning up all fan leaves and collecting, weighing them and recording them in the Harvest Log in their correct location
• The plant waste will all be collected after their weights have been recorded in the Harvest Log and they will be moved to the Destruction Room where someone will begin the process of destroying all plant waste from that day and any plant waste from the Grow Team. While all other employees will continue to clean all equipment used throughout the day
• Cleaning task include but are not limited to: Wiping down counters, the scale, buckets, any trimming utensils, and sweeping and mopping up areas
• Before clocking out check with your manager for any remaining duties/tasks to be completed
• Clock out is scheduled for 4-4:30pm. Mandatory later evenings may arise due to uncompleted tasks or a heavy work load.

All members of the Trim Team are responsible for all aspects of the job.

Job Title: Sales Associate

Reports To: General Manager

Summary: A dispensary Sales Associate is responsible for ensuring each In Good Health patient and customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a positive and friendly environment. Assist patients and customers to help find the correct product that fits their personal needs. Maintains knowledge on the current product assortment. Understand the various cannabis delivery methods and can articulate proper dosing. Fluent in the point-of-sale and payment systems. Enjoys working collaboratively in a team setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and have an innate desire to help people.
• Understand conflict de-escalation and how to turn problems into opportunities.
• Develop and maintain rapport with patients, customers, vendors, service providers, and staff.
• Ensure guest concerns and/or questions are resolved, handled efficiently, and communicated with management when needed.
• Communicate the effects, testing, and other pertinent information on cannabis products to the guests in a safe and responsible way.
• Operate in compliance with regulations established by the Cannabis Control Commission and standard operating procedures developed by In Good Health.
• Fluent in the point-of-sale and payment processing systems.
• Comfortable with computer, tablet, and other device technologies.
• Maintain a dispensary’s cleanliness, i.e. dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping, and sanitization.
• Ensures workstations are neat, organized, and restocked for the next person.
• Perform other related tasks as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail, cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) experience a plus.
• Must be 21 years old and pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient computing skills.
• Innate desire to achieve success and a work ethic to match.
• Ability to critically think and solve problems without direction.
