Daily Duties:

  • Complete End of Shift checklist
  • Cleaning and sanitation of the MIP Kitchen
  • Washing of dishes and equipment
  • Putting dishes away
  • Drying molds/mold trays
  • Sweeping and mopping the kitchen
  • Putting orders away
  • Counting produced products, documentation
  • De-molding gummies and hard tack sweets from molds
  • Any other duties that the manager deems needed

Reports to: Regional General Manager

Salary: $75,000 – $90,000

In Good Health – Sandwich is a top grossing, high volume cannabis dispensary, serving both medical and recreational customers. This is an opportunity to lead one of the busiest dispensaries in Massachusetts. In Good Health is looking for a candidate with extensive experience in the cannabis industry – equally fluent in the operational side as well as the human resource side. People and products.

The General Manager is fully responsible for the medical and recreational dispensaries on the Sandwich campus and serves as the primary leader for a customer-centric operation. A natural leader with the ability to motivate, delegate, and see projects from beginning to end. This individual should feel comfortable with operating a robust tech stack and in teaching these tools to others. Working in tandem with the production team and the other dispensaries to execute marketing campaigns, initiatives, trainings, and all the aspects of running a vertically integrated cannabis company.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling Working with the Assistant General Manager to study traffic patterns and devise a staffing schedule for retail, inventory, and security personnel.
  • Hiring Working with the Director of Human Resources to recruit, interview, and onboard the next leaders at In Good Health.
  • Training Consistently developing the team through one-on-one trainings or more structured formats that may include presentations, video tutorials, checklists, etc. Leading the team to deliver best in-class customer service to effectively resolve customer complaints or concerns.
  • Reviewing Conducting annual performance reviews. But also, the ability to take an individual aside in real-time and provide guidance.
  • Communication Capable of multidirectional communication – cascading goals downward while relaying front-line realities upward. Effective at transmitting operational changes, marketing campaigns, and other pertinent information to the team and customers alike.
  • Inventory Ownership of all aspects of cannabis and non-cannabis product as it moves through the pipeline, from delivery to sale. Providing direction to the team regarding restock lists, prioritization of aging product, organization of live and backstock inventory, and ensuring the team is working within the Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Compliance Knowledgeable of the cannabis regulations in Massachusetts and able to work within those parameters. The last inspection by the Cannabis Control Commission yielded zero deficiencies. We are proud of our record and aim to be an example of how responsible dispensaries should operate.
  • Questioning Asks the question – is there a better way to do this? And if so, working with other departments to test and implement new ideas.

  • Able to commute to Brockton twice per month to collaborate with the leadership team.
  • Is a note-taker and a question-asker.
  • Is emotionally intelligent and able to de-escalate high pressure situations.
  • Speaks one’s mind and articulates what he/she needs to get the job done.
  • Organized. Able to sort and prioritize daily/weekly tasks, as well as adjusting to changes and interruptions to meet customer/business needs.
  • Business Management Degree or 3 to 5 years equivalent work experience preferred.

Reports to: General Manager

Summary: The Inventory Supervisor is the leader of the Inventory Team. This person has an innate desire to lead and understands the impact their decisions have on patients, customers, and the overall business operation. In addition to understanding all the aspects of the Inventory Specialists role, a supervisor is tasked with running reports, organizing data, maintaining inventory levels across multiple licenses, setting up processes, and ensuring the Inventory Team is proficient in all operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and work with General Manager on how best to resolve issues.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook.
  • Adept at inventory software systems.
  • Understands state regulations and implementing procedures to handle the flow of product from the transport vehicle to the patient and customer.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly inventory audits while ensuring audits are done accurately and recorded appropriately.
  • Receiving deliveries from Existing Marijuana Establishments into the POS system and Metrc state tracking database.
  • Ensure all product availability and testing results are accurately reflected on the in-store digital and eCommerce menu.
  • Oversee inventory levels of current stock in real-time and replenish inventory when necessary.
  • Fulfill customer orders and monitor expiration dates.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Associates to educate staff on new product offerings.
  • Maintains a positive work environment that is conducive to trust and respect

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Familiarity with industry inventory systems, such as BioTrack, Leaf Logix, Flow Hub, Indica, MJ Freeway, METRC, Leafly, Dutchie, et al.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Must be 21 years old and pass a criminal background check.
  • Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computing skills.
  • Innate desire to achieve success and a work ethic to match.
  • Ability to critically think and problem solve without direction.
